Faith and Reason
Confrontation and intimidation form the theme of Faith and Reason. Edwin Torres, victim’s rights advocate, in
“Rat Chant”, released the spectacle:
holy quag,
holy quiet shyster, rivet to barnacle brown
holy jubilant kayan pop, spurn of spum, civet musk chomp of dipping soap
hole-y balled acidic blanket, drain of water sod and sin
holy holed up cerebelly pot stump, mincemeat stargaze fissure-chin pound
holy whoremonger-a-nagros moldy pumped hurts arabian mutter,
holy halted civic savant slagged obsidian,
holy savior wielding fat lips burning night,
holy serenade of laughter
holy pasted funeral pyre, shumbled oblivion, street-sage mangled directions of hell pollen
holy matted dreaded prince trail of shruggery
holy satellitic para-saint suppering squints of snoop
holy kid
