The Laws Section is still being added to. Use the links on the left to navigate through the DV Law pages, and the Legislative Alerts page. As information is gathered it will be added to these pages.

The DV Law page contains information about Kentucky Laws and statutes. The Protective Order Process, Criminal Laws, Gun Restrictions, Victim Advocate Laws, Custody and Divorce, and Mandatory Reporting can all be found in this section.

The Legislative Alerts contains both state and federal laws and legislation that either has just passed or is on the table.
