Festival Sponsorship
is an integral step in making this Festival a reality. We are looking for incredible companies, organizations and individuals to provide much needed monetary support for our event. Our sponsors are special to us and we will recognize them in campaigns prior to the Festival and throughout the Festival Events.
Visionary: Festival Sponsors
Two Positions Available : $100,000
The Visionary Festival Sponsorship level for UTVS: KENTUCKY is an exclusive opportunity. We have designed only two positions to ensure that our primary sponsors will receive all possible benefits including:
- Four complimentary tickets to each of the Marquee events; complimentary entry for 4 in the UTVS Golf Tournament; four complimentary reservations to the Writing Collective Luncheon; four complimentary reservations to the Final Blow-Out Celebration, and exclusive participation in the UTVS parade in downtown Lexington.
- Prime space for sponsor’s marketing materials and company representative at all of the Marquee events, V-DAY Latina Street Festival, Writing Collective Luncheon, Golf Tournament, Parade, Red Tent and Final Blow-Out Celebration.
- Top billing throughout the UTVS: KENTUCKY Festival. Each sponsor’s name and logo will be visible in prime positions on playbills, our web site, event signs, Festival t-shirts, billboards, posters, newspaper ads, banners, vehicle graphics, and television. Visionary sponsors will also be promoted through mention(s),“UTVS: KENTUCKY sponsored by _______” in radio and television mediums.
- A personal UTVS: KENTUCKY liaison will be assigned to our Visionary Sponsors. Your liaison will ensure that your tickets are delivered, your seats are saved, and will serve as your exclusive contact throughout the two-week Festival.

Victory: Festival Sponsors
Four Positions Available : $50,000
The Victory Festival Sponsorship for UTVS: KENTUCKY is a special opportunity as well. We have designed only four Victory Sponsor positions for the Festival to ensure that Victory sponsors shine too. Below is a list of specific level benefits:
- Four complimentary tickets to each of the Marquee events; complimentary entry for 4 in the UTVS Golf Tournament; four complimentary reservations to the Writing Collective Luncheon; four complimentary reservations to the Final Blow-Out Celebration, and exclusive participation in the UTVS parade in downtown Lexington.

Six Positions Available : $10,000
Like the previous Festival sponsors, our Vital sponsors are just that—vital to the success of our Festival. With this in mind we have designed six available positions along with these benefits:
- Two complimentary tickets to each of the Marquee events; complimentary reservations for 2 in the UTVS Golf Tournament; two complimentary reservations to the Writing Collective Luncheon; two complimentary reservations to the Final Blow-Out Celebration, and exclusive participation in the UTVS parade in downtown Lexington.
- Prime space for sponsor’s marketing materials and company representative in our Red Tent information space.
- Our Vital sponsor will have their name printed on playbills, our web site, event signs, and Festival t-shirts.
